Innovation Lab Remodel
Over the past several years, we have shared with you the progress we’ve made in reaching the goals outlined in our strategic plan. As we enter year three of our strategic plan, I’m pleased to announce that we’ve reached another goal: the building and creation of the Center School Innovation Lab!
An Innovation Lab is a dedicated space designed to foster creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and hands-on learning among students. Our modern, spacious lab will be configured to accommodate various projects and activities. There will be ample space for teamwork, individual exploration, project areas, and materials storage.
Furthermore, the lab will enhance our educational programming with additional meaningful and engaging learning opportunities for our students, especially opportunities and experiences related to STEM.
We are embarking on a mini capital campaign to remodel our current space into a state-of-the-art lab, and we need your help! We were fortunate to secure a grant to furnish the lab with all of the fixtures and fittings needed (as shown in the attached rendering), such as state-of-the-art technology equipment, furniture, and storage, but we need to raise $100,000 for the demolition and construction of the lab.
We are dedicated to creating this space to foster and nurture all our students’ learning. When our entire community comes together, great things can happen! We look forward to unveiling the final project with you!

Why are we raising funds?
We were fortunate to secure a grant to furnish the lab with all of the fixtures and fittings needed, such as state-of-the-art technology equipment, furniture, and storage. Now, we are raising funds for the demolition and rebuilding of one of our classrooms in order to create an incredible one-of-a-kind learning environment for students. Our plan is to create a lab that is not only rich in resources but also visually sparks the imagination the minute students walk in the door.

Baking Competition
You have heard of The Great British Bake Off, but it's nothing like the Center School Bake Off! Center School staff will showcase their baking skills, and students will crown the very first Center School Baker of the Year by judging on four different categories. Students will make donations in order to judge and taste all of the incredible goodies! Kid Quizzo and Kid Raffle Baskets
