Alissa Cappeli
It is great to meet you! My name is Alissa Cappelli, and I teach in the Lower School-A classroom (grades 1, 2, and 3 for reading, writing, science, and social studies).
I wanted to share a little about myself. I graduated from West Chester University of PA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Special Education. Last year, I graduated from Pennsylvania State University with my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am also certified as a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner.
I have been teaching for 6 years, and one of my favorite things about teaching is seeing how students’ confidence grows throughout the year as they learn how much they are capable of.
Outside of school, I enjoy reading, baking, and spending time with my rescue dog.
